St. John’s Ministries is excited to announce the 8th Annual Restoring Hope Gala will be held on Saturday, November 5 at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center. The event is St. John’s signature fundraising event for the year and is typically attended by over 600 guests.
“The Restoring Hope Gala is a night to make a lasting impact on your community,” said Steve Schauer, director of community engagement. “You may know someone who is or was homeless, or even someone living in poverty. Those individuals could one day be at St. John’s Ministries seeking shelter or services. The Restoring Hope Gala is St. John’s Ministries’ annual signature fundraising event of the year, bringing the community together to support those struggling. This event allows us to continue our mission of honoring the dignity, restoring hope and creating lasting change for those experiencing homelessness or housing instability.”
The Restoring Hope Gala will begin at 5 pm with a cocktail hour, where guests can mix and mingle, view and bid on silent auction items or purchase raffle tickets. A sit-down family-style dinner, live auction and program about the successes and future of St. John’s Ministries will follow. The evening will also feature live music by Howl2Go, which is an award-winning dueling pianos entertainment. Keith Jones from Sayre&Jone Auctioneers will provide professional auctioneering services for the evening.
Those wishing to attend the Gala can purchase their tickets at stjohnsgreenbay.org/gala. Individual tickets are $100 and a table of 10 can be purchased for $850. Businesses can also sponsor the event with levels of support or purchase tables.
Members of the public are also invited to take part in the Restoring Hope Gala’s online silent auction. Registration to bid on items is free on stjohnsgreenbay.org/gala. Bidding will open the week prior and will close at 8:15 pm the night of the event. Past silent auction items have included autographed Packers memorabilia, unique experiences, health and wellness packages, golf packages, home décor, children’s toys and much more.
