Julie Schertell

Julie Schertell is President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Pixelle Specialty Solutions. Formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Mativ Holdings, (NYSE: MATV) and Neenah, Inc., (NYSE: NPI) where she held numerous positions within the company over a period of fourteen years, including Chief Operating Officer, Segment President, and General Manager of Technical Products and Fine Paper & Packaging.
Julie began her career at Georgia-Pacific in 1992 as a financial analyst in the Consumer Products segment. While at Georgia-Pacific, she served in several roles over her sixteen-year career there, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing Strategy, Vice President of Supply Chain, Director of Sales Operations, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Julie graduated from Florida State University’s College of Business in 1991 with a BA in Accounting and received her MAcc degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 1992.
Julie recently relocated to York, PA. She has a 25-year-old son, living and working in Manhattan and a 19-year-old daughter attending the University of Tampa. She enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling with friends, and walking her dog.
