Jen Fietz is the founder and CEO of Stoke RGA, a manufacturing-focused growth agency that helps
companies build more predictable, scalable revenue. She leads the Stoke team and the Revenue
Growth Accelerator (RGA), Stoke’s structured system for aligning strategy, sales, marketing and
operations around growth.
Through the RGA, Stoke works alongside manufacturing teams from
strategy through execution, building the systems, campaigns and commercial infrastructure needed
to turn growth plans into measurable results.
Jen brings deep experience working with manufacturers and is passionate about helping leadership
teams move beyond disconnected sales and marketing tactics toward a more intentional, repeatable
approach to growth.
