Biography
The FOXY Rail System is a railroad operator of multiple rail lines in Northeast WI and Northcentral WI primarily servicing the 5P industries in the region (paper, pulp, packaging, plastics, and printing) along with other construction, agriculture, food, and manufacturing industries in the region. FOXY is a subsidiary of Watco which is a multi-national logistics provider of railroad services, transloading, and 3PL logistics services.
