George Huber – Center on Chemical Upcycling of Waste Plastics

An innovative College of Engineering sustainability research program on plastics received a $5 million gift commitment from alumni Ross and Michele Annable.  The gift is the largest single contribution to the Strategic Targeted Achievers Recognition (STAR) Scholarship Fund recruiting and retaining the brightest undergraduates, and a significant step forward for a new plastic recycling technology.
