Baum Machine has welcomed its latest CNC machine to their expanding line-up of machine tools. The
Mazak Integrex E-650 H Long Bed lathe with 5th-Axis milling will bring enhanced capabilities for manufacturing complex parts and performing repairs.

“This machine is going to allow us to handle larger complicated parts,” says Rodger Baum, owner of Baum Machine. “Additionally, the 5th-Axis capability will take time off of other machines for secondary operations, increasing productivity and producing parts faster and more efficiently.”
The 2004 Mazak Integrex E-650 H has a bed length of 240” with centers of approximately 234” and a maximum swing of 36”. The spindle bore is 10” and has milling speeds up to 10,000 RPM. It features hydraulic steady rests, Mazatrol 640M PRO-CNC control with RPG, through spindle coolant, and a 120-position automatic tool changer.
