Former Global Head of Research & Development for Asia Pulp & Paper’s tissue business, Pat Chen directed R&D and quality systems for one of Asia’s most respected tissue brands.
During more than a decade with APP, Chen led scientists, managed complex regulatory challenges, advanced quality control systems, developed intellectual property portfolios, and oversaw product innovation across global operations. His previous experience with Kimberly-Clark and Scott Paper provides a rare perspective comparing innovation strategies across major international paper manufacturers.
