China IP Road Show In Green Bay
MIKE GALLAGHER AND GUESTS: Strategies for protecting and enforcing intellectual property regarding
China: What Green Bay and Wisconsin business need to know.

We want to thank Mike Gallagher and his staff for moderating the CHINA IP ROAD SHOW in Green Bay.
Mike Gallagher serves as the 118th Congress as Chairman of the Select Committee on Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chine Communist Party, as Chairman of the House Armed Services Subcommittees.
Subject: Green Bay and Wisconsin enterprises doing business in or with China overview and discussions of concerns with US Business and our Citizens by an outstanding panel of speakers.
- Chinese Communist Party has conducted an unprecedented theft of USA property of over $300 Billion annually! It is the longest transfer of wealth in the history of humanity! Rules do not apply to the CCP.
- CCP has been hacking companies, government, our military institution, and USA Citizens on a scale never witnessed before! The CCP is the biggest threat to our Democracy and NOT the Chinese citizens!
- CCP has increasing targeted politicians and state legislators according to a report the U.S. National Counterintelligence and Security Center release.
- Counterfeiting our products and we have limited protections for our companies and citizens!
- Intellectual Property (IP) infringed upon and what business needs to do to protect it.
- US Government resources for us Companies – See attachment.
- Export Controls
- E-Commerce Enforcement
- Trade Secret Protection and Enforcement.
- USA need to protect High-Tech Manufacturing
- Need for Strong Education in the USA
- We have recognized the CCP and Xi Jinping are increasingly pursuing and suppressing the citizens of China and Minorities!
Unfortunately, we are very intertwined with China and the need to de-coupe poses a major challenge to the United States. Our belief that bringing China into the world community would benefit ALL parties and the experiment has failed! In the 1990’s and 2000’s, the CCP Beijing was lobbing to join the World Trade Organization and did. The world embraced the China economy to support the Chinese people and secure lasting peace for the world. Unfortunately, the passage of the entry of China into the World Trade Organization has backfired at the expense of the Wisconsin and USA Manufacturing Industries. The rise of Xi Jinping and his brand of nationalism and dictatorship have blown apart the relationship with the United States.

We need to start bringing manufacturing back to the USA or countries that serve our best interest on a global scale. The BIGGEST area is the Paper, Pulp and Converting Industries across the United States. We must limit our adversaries from buying up our companies, water, and natural resources by the CCP and China State Supported Companies. We have seen major China and Asia based companies purchase Paper, Pulp and Forests at an unprecedented pace in the USA and world-wide while US Companies are struggling. It is time to BUILD BACK Wisconsin Paper and Pulp Industries and invest in Wisconsin’s future!
In our upcoming GBIG NEWS, we will provide an overview of the status of the Paper and Pulp Industries with the industry declining at an alarming rate. Wisconsin will have to decide the importance and impact of the Paper and Pulp Industry to the Wisconsin economy.

GBIG NEWS Restoring Hope Gala

“We want to thank the Green Bay Innovation Group for your donation and supporting St. John’s Ministries annual Restoring Hope Gala. The event was again successful, raising over $190,000 to help provide shelter services and daytime resources to those experiencing homelessness in our community. The mission of the non-profit organization is to respond to those experiencing homelessness or housing instability in a way that honors their dignity, restores hope and creates lasting change.”
“The event kicked off with a few raffles that saw winners receive a 5-night Mexico trip and Solo fire pit and truck load of wood. Following the prayer and meal, six different live auction packages brought excitement to the room. The high bidders won a week’s stay in a private cabin in Minocqua, Canadian fishing trip, 7-night stay in Mexico, to go along with a handcrafted bench made by guests at St. John’s Ministries.”
“The highlight of the evening was the Restoring Hope Gala video featuring John, who had stayed in shelter during past seasons. He is now employed, housed, and has his construction business back. John was in attendance and received a standing ovation for his success.”
“The Restoring Hope Gala also included a message from Executive Director Jesse Brunette and the vision going forward to shelter people during the cold winter months. The night ended with a speech by former long-time St. John’s Ministries leader Lexie Wood, who talked about the humble beginnings of St. John’s Ministries and its commitment and growth to helping each person who is on the streets cold and lonely.”
